Gearing up for trips...
Aug. 16th, 2006 11:02 pmI have two trips in the next two weeks, one involves flying (this weekend) and one does not.
While I look forward to my trip this weekend, I do NOT look forward to getting up at 2AM to get ready to go to the airport for a 6:15 AM flight. Pickup is actually more like 2:45 AM but I know I'll be a slow riser.
The following week is WorldCon, where I will try taking my laptop and logging in again periodically. It didn't go too well for Comic-Con though.
Been building my prelim schedule for WorldCon and it looks like it will be educational AND fun, with hopefully not as many people as Comic-Con. This is my first one. We'll see how it goes.
