Ok, so I didn't quite get there...
Nov. 7th, 2006 11:36 pm11278 is not 12000. I know I can make up that fairly easy, but tomorrow will be a bit thrown off today. (Today I voted this morning so was running a tad late for work, no way could I have made it after work, not with the traffic of everyone else rushing to the polls. The buses were WAY late.)
Main thing driving me nuts is that the characters seem to be talking too much in my opinion. HOWEVER, this also could very well be I've done animation so long where talking heads are a major no-no that that thes longer dialogues are actually OK in these YA book instances but just feel wrong. Not sure.
Tomorrow either will make it easier or harder to write. I have a doctor's appointment at 10:30. Going in to touch base with my neurologist. For those not aware, I'm not an official diagnosed epileptic but do have a seizure disorder with an undetermined cause. Doesn't happen that much but often enough I'm on meds for life. Wasn't supposed to go in for a year (actually last time I was there was he said six months, but I asked him why six months so he relented and gave me a year... this is actually only five) but I've had some things about my life environment that lead me to believe it is better to touch base with him after all. Nothing worth panic level about yet, think of it as preventative planning. At least I hope so.
Anyway, to get in my hours I have to telecommute from home for a couple hours before I leave and then go to work after and put in 5 hours in person. Sigh.
I really feel like I need a breather. Not from the writing, that's relaxing. But just in general.
And on top of that, I can't believe this heat the last few days. Sheesh!
