Home now

Just posting long enough to let everyone know I'm back in LA in my apartment but seem to have brought a cold back with me :P Not the kindf of take home present I was looking for, but hey, treasure what you do get.

I'd do it all again, even endure the snow.

Now the real question is what things will be like when I wake up in a few hours...

... and given this cold, will I make my last 10,000 words by the 30th?

Staying home today

Since I got to bed so late, I wound up sleeping in. And no better than I was yesterday.

And apparently the moisture and cold front came with us :P

I emailed the situation to my boss to see if I could work from home or something. She just told me to take a sick day.

Now to see if this will beat down enough by tomorrow.
