Jul. 13th, 2007 12:49 pmIn case you haven't heard, SoundExchange has backed down from enforcing the rates on the 15th of July and is entering into negotiations directly with webcasters, while being watched by Congress.
It's moving and makes me glad I got up and DID SOMETHING.
Yeah, we don't know the final outcome yet, but people - lots of ordinary people - got their congressmen/women to put on the pressure and make a difference.
