Hi all,
Home because I'm not feeling so hot today which actually gives me the first ability in days (weeks?) to say anything.
I have been working too hard on all fronts and I think I wore myself down to the point where illness invades easily.
- The nonfiction book is done, successfully submitted, and initial feedback is good. They did ask for book back info and bio fairly quickly in part because the next catalog is in process now, so that's a good sign.
- Work has been busy, but it's mainly the usual stuff. The least of my concerns really right now.
- The real issue has been the apartment. As discussed before, I was in the process of working on it this summer. I had a lot of stuff around, from the CD issue to grad papers that needed to be shredded to other stuff. Not to mention cleaning that gets by you in the meantime. Well, then, when they came through with the repiping project all that got put on hold. I'll spare you the details but essentially I got put in a situation where that had to become top priority (the cleaning and sorting) for the last several weeks. I've made quite a dent but I'm not where I would have liked to have been. But I have given it my best effort to the point of driving myself to fatigue. It's all I can do.
